10-00 a.m. If you need an early check in we will always do our best
to accommodate you but can never guarantee availability prior to midday. Our check out time is 10-00 am. At the proprietor's
discretion and with prior approval late check outs may be permitted with a half
day rate applying up till midday and a full night's charge after this time Cancellation Policy 48 hours notice of cancellation before date of stay must
be given to avoid a penalty That is, 6-00 p.m. 2 days prior to date of arrival. A charge of up to one night's tariff may be levied if
less than 48 hours notice is given and we are unable to resell the accommodation
at an equivalent tariff. Non Smoking Policy All units are strictly non-smoking Please smoke outside and away from any open doors or
windows A minimum of one night’s tariff or the cost of engaging
a specialist cleaning company will be charged if smoking is detected in the
unit. Visitors We welcome visitors but please note that in the interests of other guests we require all visitors to depart our property prior to 9-30 p.m. Registered guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors whilst on our property and any damage to property or inappropriate behaviour affecting other guests will be charged to the registered guest. |
